When Bruce Willis is chased by the terrorists, their leader Hans remembers the bare feet of John McLane and tells the other 'Schiess den Scheiben' which should mean 'Shoot the window' in german. However, this is no correct german, it's more a word-to-word translation. He should have said 'Zerschiess die Scheiben!' or 'Schiess auf die Scheiben!'. One would expect a german terrorist to speak better german than his english :-))) |
