Evil Dead 2 DVD things

Well it does say that on the DVD, this was done as Wes Craven used The Evil Dead in A Nightmare on Elm Street, it was a "repayment" so to speak, yet there is also a poster in one of the evil dead films which links to another movie, im not sure which though

You are very much correct about there being a reference to a Wes Craven movie in the first movie. The movie is called "The Hill's Have Eyes".

It's not in the basement!

The Freddy Kreuger glove is not in the basement it's in the place where they keep the tools. When Ash goes into the toolshead to get the Chainsaw you can clearly see the Freddy glove right above the door. Where did you get the idea that it was in the basement?
