Detail : after frank finds rick's crime filled history on the internet, he proceeds to email it to the police. yet on the screen there is no link or anything he just types in the email address and leaves the computer. yet the police gets the pictures of rick and everything.

News website have email feature

Most news website have a "e-mail this article to a friend" feature. If he found this news article on a legitimate news website, he would have been able to simply click the link, type in an email address, and the whole page would have been sent by email automaticaly, without him having to type in a link or anything. Look this up on your favorite news website, it's usually on the bottom of the article.
