Summary : Romulan Ale (Refuted)
Detail : \n When at the wedding, worf gets an upset stomach from drinking 'romulan ale'. Only problem is, the jug in front of him is filled with an amber colored substance, most likely champange, romulan ale is not amber in color, it is blue, as shown in countless episodes and movies. And there is no blue substance to be seen in any pitcher on any table in the room. So unless Worf drank it ALL, which would be very hard (even for a klingon) then that was not romulan ale.

Worf was just suffering from a hangover, meaning he could have had the Romulan Ale before the wedding. In fact, I think the official ST:N book says that Worf had the ale at Riker's bachelor party the night before.

Agreed - It's not an upset stomache but a hangover. And he wouldn't have a hangover at the Wedding if he had just drunk the ale - he'd still be buzzing off it. It must be the effect of something consumed the night before.

 

Rikers Bachelor Party

Due to Time restraints... alot of the wedding and pre wedding festivities were cut or not shot for the movie. Apperantly, Riker had quite a bachelor party the night before and Worf is not sick because of the drink in front of him, its from the hang over the Romulan Ale gave from the party the night before.
