This nitpick is really for the episode where Alias fights the Snowman at the end of the show but that episode wasn't available to pick yet. Anyways, at the end Alias is fighting Snowman and kicks his butt of course, only to unmask him as he's dying and see the Snowman is actually her lover Hicks. He remarks something to the effect that he killed Cavanough so Alias wouldn't be able to find her mom and so therefore would come with him. (Some of that he didn't outright say, but it was implied.) Anyways, if he still wanted her to come with him, why did he attack her with a knife and try to kill her? Why didn't he just unmask himself when he saw her come in and say "Surprise, it's me. Cavanough's dead, and I'm sorry. I just wanted you to come with me so bad I had to do something." I know the fight scene was more exciting and the unmasking of him as he's dying much more dramatic, but it didn't make any sense given the reason he was there. |
