Details : After the battle in the mansion, Q and Janeway are in some sort of camp, and Q's still trying to convince Janeway to have a child with him. When Janeway tells Q to have a child with her Q-girlfriend (or wife, companion, whatever) he states that "it has never done before". But this is wrong, because in TNG episode "True Q", we learn than Amanda is the offspring of two Q, and a result, a Q herself.

 Well, well...\r \r Amanda was the offspring of 2 q's that were living as humans.\r I got the sense that they were thrown out of the continum like\r Q was.\r And in fact it hadn't been done the way they were talking about.\r \r Amanda's parents took the form of humans and conceived a child the\r normal human fashion.\r \r Q was talking about 2 Q's having a child as Q's. Something that\r had never been thought of, much less tried.\r Maybe they were only able to reproduce as lifeforms that can do so,\r or so they thought, with no guarentee that the offsrpring would have\r any power of the Q.
