I believe that this nitpick needs more detail. It would have been nice if it were \r explained how we know that the Terrelians are an alpha quadrant speceis (for example, \r which episode of which Star Trek sereis delt with the Terrelians in the alpha quadrant).\r

So? Alpha quadrant speceis appear in the delta quadrant all the time!!!

Why does it matter that there is an alpha quadrant speceis in the delta quadrant? It seems \r that Voyager frequently encounters alpha quadrant speceis in the delta quadrant. For example, \r the Equinox crew, the group of Klingons in ''Prophecy'', a few alpha quadrant speceis that \r were assimilated by the Borg were even found in the delta quadrant (for example, Seven of Nine, \r and one time a Bajoran-Borg was found). Then there were the Talaxians, a delta quadrant speceis, but \r a Talaxian colony was found far away from their home world. \r

\r It seems that there are plenty of groups \r with opportunity to travel away from their home world, \r (some by accident, some on purpose) including alpha quadrant speceis traveling \r to the delta quadrant. Each group has their own story to tell and I'm sure that these Terrelians \r have a story to tell too.

OK, you want some proof? How about this: In "All Good Things..." [the U.S.S. Pasteur crosses the former Romualan, now Klingon border using an outbreak of Terrelian plague as an excuse. The plague is probably named after the first race to get it (like Barclay's Protomorphosis syndrome in "Genesis") and the Romulans/Klingons wouldn't have caught if they had not had contact with them. Also, Jake and Nog play dom-jot with a group of Terrelians who were bragging about how good they were at the game at DS9 in "Life Support" [DS9]. Okay, here they could have come through the wormhole, but then they wouldn't have know about dom-jot. This should prove that Terrelians are an Alpha Quadrant race.\r \r This is probably a case of writers using as many T-races as they can. The Star Trek Encyclopedia, 3rd edition lists 45 different T-races and there's definately been more since the book was written.
